When starting a fitness program , there will be times when you can not gather all the motivation to get off the couch !
Many people find it difficult to find the motivation to cause pain to themselves during a workout. Many people still procrastinate enough even convince them to work today , then it will become two days, etc.

Well, everyone knows all work and no play can make you cranky. It's time to put the reward system in place . Set a goal and if you reach this goal reward yourself . For example , run a mile , enjoy a spa day .
I stressed? Want a small pair of pants? Feel free unattractive ? These are all questions that we are very familiar . Work and you can alleviate all problems.
The best motivation to work is the results you see in the mirror and the new clothes you just bought you agree admirably.
